Report a technical problem
When reporting a problem, include the page address, the letters entered, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the browser or device you were using. If the issue involves a definition, mention the word you clicked. Those details make it much easier to reproduce the problem instead of guessing from a general description.
Request a content correction
For a factual or editorial correction, identify the page, quote the relevant sentence or table row, and explain the proposed change. Include a reliable reference when the issue concerns a definition, game rule, scoring rule, or technical fact.
If the disagreement is about whether a word is legal in a game, include the game name and the official dictionary, edition, or rule source you are using. A word can be valid English while still being excluded from a particular game lexicon.
Accessibility feedback
If a page is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom, high-contrast setting, or mobile device, describe the obstacle and the page where it occurred. Accessibility reports are treated as functional issues, not cosmetic preferences.

How feedback is reviewed
Reports are checked against the current production site and, when relevant, the source or rule set involved. Technical issues are reproduced before changes are made when possible. Content corrections are evaluated for accuracy, clarity, and whether they apply generally or only to a specific game or dictionary.
Messages are reviewed as availability permits. Not every suggestion will result in a change, especially when dictionaries legitimately disagree or when a term is valid but uncommon.
